Hi, I’m Kiren — a healthcare writer who bridges medical facts and real-life experience.

For nearly 20 years, I worked as a UK-trained optician, helping patients understand the science behind their care. That time taught me something simple but powerful: communication can heal confusion faster than medicine can.

When my husband and I relocated to Bahrain, I took the chance to reshape my career around that belief. Life threw a few unexpected turns — motherhood, recovery, and navigating my own health challenges — all of which deepened my empathy for women moving through major health transitions. Those experiences became the foundation for my work today.
